NMIMS offers PGDBA – Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, customized for employees working with e-Serve International Ltd. The programme offers specialization in the area of Marketing, Finance and Human Resources Management. The pedagogy is interactive and largely based on case studies, supplemented by lectures, group activity, workshops, projects and presentations handled by experienced full-time, visiting faculty and guest speakers from academia and industry. The students get specialized reading material and handouts for all the subjects and have access to well stocked library and computer lab. The course covers 30 subjects and one project is spread across six semesters. The lectures are scheduled on Saturdays from 2pm to 6.30pm and on Sundays from 9.30am to 4.30pm. The programme has four batches with a batch size of about 60 students.
The Programme covers 24 courses and various workshops spread over 4 trimesters with a time frame of 22 months. During the programme the participants are required to complete a year long application – based industry project based on learning in the classroom under the guidance of an experienced faculty guide.

All successful students will be directly appointed as Executive Trainees with ICICI Prudential Life The course is designed on a trimester framework focusing on intensive management curriculum and domain expertise on risk management and financial planning. Practical skills along with sufficient academic rigor have been built into the program structure. The duration of which is 1 year. The program will culminate in a 2 month internship with ICICI Prudential Life which will give students an opportunity to apply the learnt skills to the workplace. The course covers 21 subjects across three trimesters. The lectures are scheduled on weekdays. The programme has one batch with a batch size of 20 students approximately.
Mercedes-Benz has joined hands with the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), a premier B-school in India, to offer an Executive – MBA programme to its employees This is a 3 year long week-end course, customized for working professionals of Mercedes – Benz at Pune. It is meant to enrich learning, develop competencies and enhance the job performance of its employees. The program conducted every Friday & Saturday at Mercedes – Benz, Pune has six semesters and has six subjects per semester. The classroom content per subject is around 24 hours with additional support being provided in form of customized notes and reading materials. There are 27 participants in this programme

After successful conduct and 100% placement of the first two batches, the third batch has 57 Defence Officers from Army, Navy & Air Force
