An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and Ph.D. Scholar at NMIMS University, Prof. Subhashish brings over 35 years of senior leadership experience across diverse sectors including digital media, education, banking, FMCG, and EdTech. He has held CXO roles in reputed organizations such as Tata Chemicals, Tata Finance, Rhone Poulenc, Hinduja Group, and LPU.
A former Taskforce Member with the Ministry of I&B and the Ministry of HRD, he has played a key role in the digital transformation of India’s media and education sectors. He is also a mentor and consultant for startups in AI, EdTech, and digital strategy.
Prof Chandrima Sikdar
Vice Dean, School of Business Management, NMIMS
Dr. Chandrima Sikdar holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Jadavpur University and brings over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, training, and academic leadership. She specializes in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Economics, and Econometrics, with deep expertise in trade and econometric modeling.
Her research spans international trade relations, productivity, and environment, with projects supported by national and global organizations including the United Nations (ARTNeT) and IPSOS. Dr. Sikdar has also conducted corporate training for L&T, ICICI Bank, and CRISIL.
She has held key leadership roles such as Vice Dean, Associate Dean, Area Chairperson, and Programme Director, and remains deeply committed to student mentorship and academic innovation.
