Pedagogy

Dr. Manisha Sharma is a Professor in Operations and Data Science at the School of Business Management, NMIMS University, Mumbai. As a seasoned data analytics educator, trainer and practitioner with a rich experience of more than 20 years, Dr. Sharma has significantly contributed to the field by of Data Analytics through various Industry specific Programs.
Her scholarly work is widely recognized, with many articles published in SCOPUS-indexed journals, including the prestigious "International Journal of Information Management" (ABDC A*), "Technology Forecasting and Social Change" (ABDC A) and “International Journal of Consumer Studies” (ABDC A). Dr. Sharma's research interests encompass Mobile Applications, Social Media Analytics, and Supply Chain Analytics, reflecting her broad expertise and commitment to advancing these fields.
Dr. Abhinav K. Sharma
Dr. Abhinav, Assistant Professor at the School of Business Management, NMIMS University, Mumbai, is an expert in Operations and Data Science. With a strong research background in quality improvement, management, and metaheuristic search strategies, Dr. Abhinav's work has been featured in leading international journals. His teaching portfolio includes quality management, operations management, and business analytics.
Dr. Abhinav is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to his courses. He holds a B.Tech (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University, a Master of Design in Mechanical Systems from IIITD&M Kancheepuram, and a PhD in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. As an accomplished trainer, Dr. Abhinav has conducted numerous programs in business analytics and operations management.
