Financial Modelling of Infrastructure Projects
Programme Overview
The Management Development Program (MDP) aims to equip participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in managing large-scale investment projects using project finance. Through the analysis of Harvard Business School case studies, participants will gain insights into the complexities and strategic considerations of major infrastructure investments. They will then apply this knowledge to an assigned large-scale project, where they will collaboratively build a comprehensive financial model. The program emphasizes the importance of teamwork in developing the model and drafting a detailed project proposal. This proposal will encompass promoter and shareholding patterns, project specifics, incurred expenditures, market assessments, financial projections, and risk analysis. By the end of the program, participants will have honed their ability to navigate and manage the financial intricacies of substantial infrastructure projects.
