Professor has over 31 years of expertise in the domain of Training & Development, Education and Market Research. He has to his credit, trained across sectors like Research, Education, Marketing, Banking Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, BFSI, Travel &Tourism, Media, IT and Pharma, conducted innumerable workshops and trained over 10,000 professionals and designed and delivered Management Development Programs. He also excels as an outbound facilitator and has conducted outbound programs for groups of varied sizes 20-100.

Prof Bhattacharjee has conducted Marketing Research projects for companies like HUL (Dove Soap), Colgate Palmolive (Axion Dish washing paste), HMV (classic music recordings), ICICI Bank (banking behavior), Camlin (Aoron Apha), Godrej Consumer Products (Promotions’ effectiveness), Virbac (pet food market entry and Ostovet, animal feed supplement), H&R Johnson (Marbonite), HEC (Executive Education), Nestle (Maggi Noodles), Reliance Communications, Spinach Retail etc. All of the above are field study, market research study projects which has recommendations, corrective and preventive solutions, market entry strategies, and repositioning.

Academically, he is a Science Graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business Management. In academia he has over 24 years of teaching experience in management and has headed several reputed business schools across the country. He contributed to effective teaching and learning programs for retail institutes, conducted international and domestic research and developed collaborations in higher education with foreign universities. He established the Kuoni Academy (Kuoni Travel Group,India) where he was heading corporate as well as student training.
