Dr. Umakanta Nayak is an Associate Professor in School of Business Management at NMIMS . He is in the academic career since last 17 years after working for 3 years in the development sector. He handles courses in human resource and general management domain. As an active researcher, he has published several articles in the SCOPUS, Web of Science & ABDC indexed journals and supervised scholars at the Ph.D level. He has successfully completed many consultancy projects and training programs. As a sound organizer of academic events, he has organized many conferences, seminars, FDPs, training programs and industry collaborations effectively.
