Swati Sisodia is a recipient of the Société Générale Doctoral Fellowship. Her research is in strategy, and the context of her study is maternal and child health. Her research focuses on strategic interventions implemented by NGOs in India, particularly emphasizing how these interventions are shaped by cultural and social contexts and perceived by beneficiaries.

With over 16 years of experience in corporate and academia, she began her career with Tata AIG, followed by ICICI Lombard, with her roles spanning across underwriting, training, and business development verticals. She later transitioned into academia, holding teaching and research positions at ISB Hyderabad, Amity, and NMIMS Mumbai.

Her scholarly achievements include winning Best Paper in the Doctoral Colloquium track at INDAM 2023 and the EFMD Case Competition 2023 in the ‘Women in Business’ category. She is the co-author of the book “Nurturing Global Leaders of Tomorrow: An Inclusive Learning Model (SKMSVM) Shows the Way” and was selected for the Global Early-Career Accelerator for Representation (GEAR) program by the Centre for Business, Organisations and Society (CBOS) at the University of Bath, UK. She has presented her work at international conferences, including INDAM, IIM Ahmedabad, the International Association of Business and Society (IABAS) UK, and NASMEI. She has co-authored four teaching cases at Harvard Business Publishing and has research articles published in ABDC and Scopus-indexed journals.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from HNB Garhwal University, an MBA (Insurance and Marketing), and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi.
